Running a check

Enter your devices

Two ways, on the tabs at the top of the input card:

• Manual Entry — type or paste identifiers, one per line.
• File Upload — drop a .txt or .csv file, or click to browse. One identifier per line, no header row.

Large lists take a few minutes. You can leave the app if you want to. Come back later and find your results in the history.

What you can enter

Item	Detail
Accepted identifiers	IMEI (15 digits, use IMEI 1 on dual-SIM devices) or serial number. You can mix both in one list.
Format	One per line. Surrounding spaces are ignored.
If a device has both	The IMEI is used and the serial number ignored.
Maximum per job	5,000 devices. A larger list is rejected — split it and submit more than one job.
Repeated entries	Kept as separate rows rather than merged, so your output lines up with your input.
Unreadable entries	A line with no usable IMEI or serial is reported as an error row instead of silently disappearing.
Devices	Samsung only. Knox does not cover other manufacturers.

Understanding the output

Status	Meaning	What to do
CLEAN	Not registered to anyone. Free to process.	No action needed.
❌ Locked by other Reseller	Registered to a different reseller. This device is locked!	Do not sell or ship it. Contact vendor.
❎ Locked by Foxway	Registered by Foxway. The Details column shows which customer it is locked to.	For unlocking send email to: techsolutions@foxway.com
DUPLICATE	Knox reports the device is registered somewhere, but the owner could not be identified.	Treat it as locked.
ERROR	Device check encountered an error	Re-submit these devices.

Exporting

Export to a .CSV file for a spreadsheet or Export JSON to feed another system.

Job History

• Each row summarises the counts. Click load at the end of a row to pull that job's individual device results back into the Results table.
• History is kept for 30 days, then removed automatically. Export anything you need to keep.

Limitations worth knowing

• Only Knox registration is checked. Not carrier lock, not blacklist or stolen status, not FRP, not financing. A CLEAN device can still fail other checks.
• IMEI and serial must be accurate. A mistyped identifier that happens to be valid returns a result for a different device. Scan or copy rather than retype where you can.
